We did a stator test to check for any voltage drops when the alarm sounds and nothing. Checked the poppet valve and apparently all is well - not stuck, dirty or clogged. We have changed the impeller, impeller housing, poppet valve, thermostats, and exhaust gaskets. It overheats at high RPMs (3000 +) but stays cool at lower RPMs. i seemed to have fixed everything i did everything you guys said.
