I optimized the game with GeForce Experience which put all settings to max and even used gaming booster on Asus Gpu Tweak II which both didn't help. As you go past 50% RAM usage you will have it paging often used items to the disk. Changing it to DX11 seems to make the GPU work more, but I'm still stuck wit a 100% cpu usage, and it's worse because I get input lag and stutters, game becomes pretty much unplayable.
